About Living Well Clinics

Our Story

Living Well Clinics was founded by Dr. Malik Prihar with a simple goal: help people move better, feel better, and return to the activities they enjoy. Our team focuses on identifying the root cause of pain rather than simply masking symptoms.

Many patients visit us after struggling with persistent back pain, neck tension, injuries, or limited mobility. By combining chiropractic care with rehabilitation and movement-focused treatment, we help patients restore function and build long-term health.

Today, Living Well Clinics serves patients throughout Snohomish County from our locations in Monroe and Marysville, providing integrated care designed to support recovery and active lifestyles. Both clinics are open Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

Years in Business

Our Approach to Care

At Living Well Clinics, we believe effective treatment should address both pain and the underlying movement problems that cause it. Our care model combines hands-on treatment with rehabilitation to support lasting improvement.

This integrated approach allows us to help patients recover from injuries, reduce pain, and improve long-term mobility.

Dr. Malik Prihar, DC — Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Prihar is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and the founder of Living Well Clinics. He works with patients across Snohomish County who are dealing with back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, whiplash, and auto-accident injuries. His approach combines hands-on chiropractic care with rehabilitation and movement-focused treatment, with the goal of identifying the underlying cause of pain rather than only managing symptoms.

Laresa Ray — Chief Operating Officer

Laresa oversees day-to-day operations at Living Well Clinics' Monroe and Marysville locations. She works closely with the clinical team and front office to make sure each patient's experience — from first call to follow-up visit — runs smoothly and supports their treatment plan.

Cassie Yaummarath — Office Tech

Cassie supports patients and providers at Living Well Clinics, helping with scheduling, intake, and the in-office workflow that keeps appointments on time. She is often one of the first people patients meet when they walk in for a visit.

Monica Gibson — Office Tech

Monica supports the clinical team and helps patients move through their visits with ease. She assists with scheduling, intake, and the day-to-day office tasks that allow our providers to focus on patient care.
