Sports Injury Rehabilitation in Marysville & Monroe
From high school football and youth soccer to weekend trail runs, CrossFit, and rec-league basketball, Snohomish County is full of athletes who push their bodies hard. When something goes wrong — a tweaked knee, a strained back, a shoulder that won't stop aching after practice — the goal isn't just to get out of pain. It's to come back stronger and stay in the game. Living Well Clinics treats sports injuries at our Marysville and Monroe offices for athletes of every level.
Sports Injuries We Commonly Treat
- Muscle strains and pulls — hamstring, quad, calf, hip flexor, and groin strains from sprinting, jumping, or sudden direction changes
- Ligament sprains — ankle, knee, wrist, and finger sprains from contact, falls, or awkward landings
- Joint pain and instability — knee, shoulder, hip, and ankle joint pain from overuse or impact
- Spinal injuries — back pain, neck strain, and disc injuries from heavy lifting, contact sports, or repetitive rotation
- Tendonitis and overuse injuries — Achilles, patellar (jumper's knee), rotator cuff, and elbow tendonitis from training volume or poor mechanics
- Concussion-related neck pain and whiplash-type injuries from contact sports or falls
Why Athletes Choose Chiropractic Rehab
Resting an injury until it stops hurting doesn't restore the strength, mobility, or movement quality you had before. That's why so many athletes come back to the same injury or compensate in ways that lead to a new one. A structured rehab plan addresses the actual cause — joint mechanics, soft-tissue function, and movement patterns — so you can return to sport with the confidence that the issue won't keep coming back.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
We start with a full movement assessment to identify the injured tissues and the mechanical or postural factors contributing to the problem. From there, we combine chiropractic adjustments to restore joint motion, progressive rehabilitation exercises to rebuild strength and tissue resilience, and mobility work to address the limitations that may have predisposed you to injury. We coordinate with athletic trainers, coaches, and other providers when appropriate.
